"I always think that the last three to four weeks before kids start school, there's always that funky little time," RAYAC president Patricia Carey said. "Showings drop off. People might just be getting ready for school to start. There are last-minute vacations." The York PA real estate market is off about 6% for the year, according to the stats reported in the newspaper. |
